Updated Salon Policies

COVID-19 RELATED POLICIES

  • All guests are required to wear a mask; please arrive wearing one.
  • To ensure proper Social Distancing:
  • No additional people may attend the appointment, including children.
  • All guests and staff must adhere to “touchless” greetings and farewells.
  • We will be on a “cashless” system until further notice. Please prepare to pay with a credit card for services and products. Gratuities may be paid in cash however we are unable to provide change.
  • All guests must allow their temperature to be taken upon entering the salon. Any guests with an elevated temperature above 99.9 degrees will not be serviced and will be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival. A team member will escort you to the hand washing station.
  • If you or a household member has a fever, a cough, or shortness of breath, you must cancel your appointment. You may rebook in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • If you, a household member, or someone you have been in close contact with has been diagnosed with COVID-19, you must cancel your appointment, and you may not be serviced for 14 days.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time, remain in your car, and call the salon to tell us you have arrived. We will call or text you when your stylist is ready for you.

 

SCHEDULING

Due to availability, we strongly suggest that you book your appointment a minimum of two weeks in advance to secure the time and stylist of your choice. If your stylist is out sick or has an emergency, without notice your appointment may be moved to another stylist who has an opening at the same time as your scheduled appointment.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, we may have to cancel it. Due to the varying lash conditions, actual appointment times may be shorter than the total scheduled time.

 

SALON ETIQUETTE

In the interest of guest safety and comfort, we do not allow children under the age of 14 in the salon for services.  Only the scheduled guest will be permitted in the salon. Please arrive with little to no makeup on, so that your stylist has the most amount of time possible for your service. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your service.

 

CANCELLATION / “NO SHOWS”

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be considered a “no show” and we reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel during non-business hours, please leave a voicemail, send us a text message, or email us. However, if it is within the 24-hour window, you still may be charged.

AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your lash stylist will review aftercare instructions after every service which includes information on recognizing and treatment any potential reactions.  You will be sent an email and text message with a link to these instructions for your reference.  After reviewing the After-Care Instructions, you will be given an opportunity to ask questions regarding the information contained in those instructions. We ask that you notify The Lash Lounge as soon as possible should you have any reaction following your eyelash extension service.
