Eligibility:

Employees of The Lash Lounge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/12/25 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If winner does not respond in time, another winner will be selected.

Release:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Lash Lounge, Instagram, Meta, and all brands whose products are included in the prize from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes participant’s consent for The Lash Lounge to use participant’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without payment or consideration.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
