Stylist, Senior Stylist and Master Lash Stylist: What’s The Difference?
The training program at The Lash Lounge is innovative and unique to the industry and all of our stylists are trained and certified on the The Lash Lounge exclusive lash design technique.
The different stylist levels are determined by a variety of factors. All of these are considered before advancement—from stylist to senior stylist to master stylist—including:

- Overall skillset and knowledge-base
- Stylist speed
- Quality of work
- Tenure
As stylists excel in the above areas, they could be considered for senior and/or master promotions. As they move from one stylist level to another, they get the opportunity to be trained on additional Lash Lounge services to offer to guests.
Master Stylists: The Leaders of Lashing
Master stylists are our top stylists and are the lead experts in the salon. A master stylist demonstrates a mastery level in lash application. From technical proficiency to guest interactions, a master stylist demonstrates exceptional Lash Lounge aptitude. A stylist who reaches this level also provides the team with training and guidance, serving as an ambassador for salon excellence.
